It is a group weight-loss program designed personally by Ankita Srivastava. It is specially designed for people who can't join live workout sessions. It is a group plan basically aiming for weight loss by following a balanced diet plan and recorded workout sessions. It is not a portion control or time bound diet plan. This doesn't mean that you are allowed over-eating or not following any discipline. It includes 4 days' normal diet plan, 2 days' detox diet plan, and 1 cheat day. Diet will be updated everyday for the next day (or next 2 days). In this diet plan No supplements will be given to you. It is home made food (normal apna ghar ka khana) types diet. Like Bhakri (or roti) sabji daal chawal pohe etc. Only veg diet. Non-Veg can be taken on cheat days. Cheat day once a week. Link for recorded Workout sessions will be shared over WhatsApp. It will be a combination workout (dance, tabata, pilates, floor, toning etc.). It will be available to you for 1 day. Everyday it will be replaced by new link. You will get diet plan in advance for one day, so required arrangements can be done. In case of unavailability or any other issue, WhatsApp chat support will be provided. The submitted fee is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-adjustable, and can't be carried forward for any reasons. Everyday pre and post workout selfie, diet collage, and weight reporting is needed.
