Recorded Workout Program
No Equipment. No Supplement.
Workout is 5 days a week (Mon to Friday). It will be a recorded version of the live follow along workout session. You will get 1 hour recorded session everyday which you can follow as per your schedule. It includes multiple forms of workout. It is 1 hour combination workout (Dance Workout, Tabata, Pilates, Floor workout, Toning, HIIT, Prop workouts etc.). No Equipment is needed. Completely home workout. Only small space required.
