Workout

Workout is 5 days a week (Mon to Friday). It will be a recorded version of the live follow along workout session. You will get 1 hour recorded session everyday which you can follow as per your schedule. Every recorded session will be available with you for 1 day after that it will be replaced by next recording. It will be shared around 10 AM IST everyday and will be available till 11 AM IST Next day. It includes multiple forms of workout. It is 1 hour combination workout (Dance Workout, Tabata, Pilates, Floor workout, Toning, HIIT, Prop workouts etc.). No Equipment is needed. Completely home workout. Only small space required.

Diet

It is a common weight-loss diet plan. No Supplements. It is sent on daily basis for 6 days a week (Mon to Sat). One day in advance. Cheat day once a week. Four days normal diet plan and 2 days detox plan. Diet plan includes food items which are home made. (normal apna ghar ka khana types diet). Like Bhakri (or roti) sabji daal chawal pohe etc. Only veg diet. Non-Veg can be taken on cheat days. We don't encourage portion control or time bound diet.

Other Details

It is a group plan. So diet and workout is common for all members who are registering.

Support will be provided on WhatsApp and on website chat. Weekly group interaction session will be there with the trainer. Daily Reporting is taken from the registered members. You will just need shoes, knee caps, yoga mat, smartphone with working internet, and a small space.

Important Rules

1.    The submitted fee is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-adjustable, and can't be carried forward for any reasons. 
2.    You are required to report your pre and post workout selfie everyday.
3.    Only 1 login per person is allowed in the session
4.    Only registered members are allowed to attend the session. 
5.    Everyday you need to report your pre and post workout weight and diet collage.
6.    You will have to attend the session and report your diet on daily basis. If you are unable to do so, then you need to inform us in advance with the reason for the same.
7.    As informed earlier, Workout sessions are from Mon to Fri and the daily diet plan is from Mon to Sat. Sunday is a cheat day. Detox is on Fri and Sat (both days you need to follow same diet plan)
8.    We will share a diet plan with you everyday in the morning for the next day which you need to follow. Please take pic of each meal and make a collage of all and share with us at the end of the day. The items list will be shared with you separately.
9.    By registering with us, you are giving your consent for sharing your images, videos, or WhatsApp chat on our printed or digital media. It includes social media platforms and website also.
10.    You should love yourself and should not compare yourself with others.
11.    Instructors may change depending upon management decision.
12.    The diet plan shared and workout is for a common weight loss program. The workout is high intensity and diet plan is not designed as per any medical condition. So, if you have any medical conditions, then please consult your doctor before joining and follow as suggested by your doctor. You need to take care and responsibility of your medical condition.
13. For any support and alternatives, a WhatsApp support number is provided or it can be done via chat section of the website. The instructor may not be available on WhatsApp or phone calls.
14. Sharing the diet plans or workout link with others in not allowed. We may terminate your subscription and in such case fees will not be refunded.
